导师辨识特征：国字脸，个子不高，微胖，笑呵呵的，十分和蔼学术水平：热衷于学术，指导学生写论文非常认真，近三年有多篇优质论文发表科研经费：以天津市和和河北省项目居多，横向项目少，基本不占用学生时间，经费充足。学生补助：每月600 师生关系：周末节假日休息，工作日要学习8小时，要求严格，2周一次学术总结对学生进行指导。工作时间：早九点到晚6点，不用打卡，老师偶尔查岗学生前途：允许毕业前实习
