自证认识导师：教务处的 学术水平：完全不懂科研，组会就是不懂装懂瞎指挥，乐于吹毛求疵批评学生。 科研经费：根本没什么项目 学生补助：没有额外补助 师生关系：不尊重学生，官僚气息严重，经常叫学生报账干杂活。 工作时间：不加班 学生前途：没有实习机会，如果要实习务必瞒着他，跟着他最多的事情就是免费干杂活，当助教。
