导师辨识特征：特别和蔼的一个长辈，个子不高，脸瘦瘦的 科研经费：没有另外的补助，只有国家补助 师生关系：特别尊重学生，发信息会用“您”的那种。会听取学生的意见，认真对待学生提出的问题。 工作时间：没有固定打卡 学生前途：由于我们导近几年来越来越佛，主要还是靠自己吧，但是不会故意延期不会故意给论文挑刺。
