导师辨识特征：办公室在北工大科学院A座南边一排东侧学术水平：激光院大坑，基本没有科研能力，也没有科研项目科研经费：科研经费极少，学生购买实验材料的费用都要一拖再拖，学生补助：不发补助，还经常向学生借钱师生关系：不怎么管理实验室，也不管学生工作时间：不打卡学生前途：可以背着导师出去实习，前途完全靠个人能力了
