王老师注重项目实践，有很多科研项目，能够很好地锻炼代码编写能力。虽然不会直接表达，但是对学生很好。个人觉得很适合读完研后找工作，实验室学生工作比较乐观，包括华为，研究所之类的。

王老师实验室注重项目实践。平时在实验上对学生比较严格，学生在实验室比较充实，能够加强编程能力，项目年年有，所以一直有实验机会。虽然平时和导师的学术争论有时候较激烈，但这对于我们以后适应工作还是有帮助的。
