导师辨识特征：胖胖的，院长，在4楼学术水平：自己搜师生关系：文老师的学生一般交给BDAI的其他几位老师带，志成志武，家俊啦，赵鑫老师，徐君老师。工作时间：不怎么带学生了学生前途：读文老师博士的学生一般都是大佬，不用考虑前途。
