自证认识导师：上过她的植物学，带去实习只会按说····植物还没有学生认的全学术水平：看她的论文吧，写来写去几十年都是这些科研经费：听说只有两三个，都是几万块的。从业三十多年没有国家基金，学术水平可见很一般。学生补助：听说少的可怜，有时候没有，有时候只发一百块。21c只发100块？？师生关系：很差，都是杂活工作时间：全年无休，逼死学生学生前途：没有前途
