导师辨识特征：平时和蔼，但是可能有时候事情太多，脾气不太好学术水平：以前很厉害，现在忙于行政，没有时间做科研，只是上课科研经费：应该没有大老板，经费一般学生补助：一般每个月都有几百师生关系：对学生放养，不会逼迫学生做事，实验室关系也还行，论文一般是项目组的其它老师为一作工作时间：放养，无打卡学生前途：允许实习
