导师辨识特征：喜欢端个茶杯上课，经常戴帽子学术水平：老师对待学术非常严谨，当然对学生的要求也比较高一点，但是如果认真听老师的话，能发出很好的期刊科研经费：充足学生补助：除学校学院要求的补助外，会给学生一些其他方面补助，老师非常大方工作时间：对学生没有硬性要求，只要认真学，哪里都可以学生前途：毕业找工作相对容易
