导师辨识特征：个子不高，不戴眼镜，不到50 学术水平：在本领域还可以，目前有瓶颈科研经费：拿了两个面上，暂时比较充足学生补助：没得啥子补助，就按规定正常给师生关系：还可以，逢年过节会请同学们吃饭，还会发红包工作时间：正常时间，不要求假扮学生前途：走公派的挺多的
