导师辨识特征：头发稀少，教学认真，系主任，获得北京市劳动模范之类称号学术水平：学术很有见地科研经费：经费充足，对学生好师生关系：张弛有度学生前途：学生前途都挺不错的。地学院老师中首推吴老师，不过学生都是保研的。
