导师辨识特征：戴眼镜，挺平和的学术水平：学术水平还可以吧科研经费：以我的感觉应该是比较充足学生补助：学生无补助，嗯，无师生关系：倒是不会骂人，不过会有吐槽，关系感觉比较表面，大家都客客气气，杂货不好说，有时候不找你，有时候连着找你工作时间：工作时间比较自由，无打卡学生前途：无实习，自己找工作
