导师辨识特征：主楼323 学术水平：无 科研经费：有，不知道花在哪了 学生补助：硕500 师生关系：无文章产出，无实验条件，无仪器设备，不谈师生关系 工作时间：随便，完全放养 学生前途：看不到前途，干啥的都有，很少有读博的，原因。。。硕士水平不如本科生不适合读博
