导师辨识特征：湖北人，齐齐整整我短发白发。胖胖的，湖北普通话。学术水平：气载放射性监测行业大牛。整个核工业体系内处以上干部基本没有不认识的老肖的。科研经费：几百万吧。学生补助：硕士生300每月，博士生800每月，半年发放一次。师生关系：要求很严，但是保证顺利毕业，刀子嘴豆腐心。工作时间：他很忙，半放养。学生前途：还不错，基本都会送一送。
