导师辨识特征：见人笑咪咪，皮肤极好 学术水平：学术水平在清华中等偏上吧，毕竟是杰青 科研经费：经费充足 学生补助：高于平均水平 师生关系：对学生算不错的，虽然要求很高，但管理比较人性化，做人留余地，懂得尊重学生 工作时间：正常工作日 学生前途：在学术界混得多，也有不少在航天研究所和大型央企国企的，总体而言出路都很好
