学术水平：做软件工程的，很多年什么也不干了科研经费：没有科研项目，学生租给其他系的老师师生关系：不交流，不管人，甩锅，极其难相处学生前途：不许实习，在校所做工作无任何就业帮助，甚至不足以支撑正常研究生毕业
