自证认识导师：信基督教学术水平：基本不搞学术，等着退休了科研经费：都是做项目的经费学生补助：按照工作量发，比较少师生关系：师生关系一般，很容易激动，小心眼。工作时间：有项目就加班，没有就不加。学生前途：全看学生自己，有去阿里的师兄，也有找不到工作的。
