学术水平：许老师工程学术两手抓科研经费：经费不清楚，但是给学生发的不少师生关系：难得的好老师，和同学关系不错学生前途：少有的支持学生实习的老师，实验室工程项目非常贴近一线工作，学生就业时都有充足的项目经历可谈，且很多许老师的学生都已在bat工作数年，内推资源不愁
