学术水平：组内方向较宽泛，老师想在多个方向探索，没有手把手的指导，老师只能在大方向上给出建议，甚至需要做他也不懂的领域。因此会走一些弯路，大部分靠自己。科研经费：足够，只要需要能支持就支持师生关系：完全不安排杂活，人品好，大方学生前途：允许，老师这方面很开明，可以和公司合作做论文，也可以暑期实习。老师还会给推荐工作
