自证认识导师：上海医工院毕业学术水平：教学能力很强，《微生物学》和《遗传学》讲到绘声绘色，带领很多学生走上生物研究道路科研经费：项目经费应该一般，科研水平中等，重点工作放在教学上学生补助：中等水平师生关系：好到无以复加，徐老师为人正直、善良、亲和力强，是好老师中的好老师。工作时间：正常工作时间学生前途：有留校的，也有出国的，老师一概支持，很赞！
