导师辨识特征：很年轻，看起来跟本科生一样。学术水平：完全能现在学术最前沿，真心喜欢搞学术，严谨，认真。科研经费：在湘潭大学里肯定是属于有钱那一类，并且对于科研愿意花钱。学生补助：200/月师生关系：尊重学生，对于学生成果(专利和小论文)会认真仔细修改。工作时间：不打卡，相对自由。学生前途：允许，可以推荐专硕出去实习。
