学术水平：学术水平不敢恭维，实验不成甩锅给学生。科研经费：穷的可伶，他们组的人整天可怜兮兮的到处蹭东西师生关系：典型新加坡老板，表面nice，实际上各种压榨，给postdoc开不到3000新的工资的事情都干出来学生前途：毕业就转行，毫无前景可言
