学术水平：真的没有啥科研水平，开会不是看手机就是打瞌睡科研经费：经费在双非学校算多的，如果你有好的想法，还是会支持你做的师生关系：实验室活动挺多，管理还可以，如果有好论文他还是喜欢当一作，总体算是融洽学生前途：超精密加工方向不行，另外原则上不允许实习
