自证认识导师：天大设计院学术水平：学术水平优秀，给学生看论文超级认真科研经费：科研经费没有特别多，但真的很舍得在科研上花钱学生补助：在大课题组里面，跟大课题组保持一致，符合国家要求的最低限师生关系：师生关系很好，带过的学生零差评，主要是对学生认真负责，很多时候比较像朋友而不是老师工作时间：跟大课题组保持一致，没有额外要求，。大课题组是要求办公室打卡的，每周40小时学生前途：允许实习，很关心学生的就业情况，也会跟大家探讨就业形势
