导师辨识特征：看起来年轻帅气（其实也四十多了），家里小闺女多才多艺学术水平：高屋建瓴，高深莫测。不论问他啥好像他都知道。也能给学生论文进行有效指导科研经费：老师接的项目很多，在探测方向也是扛把子级别，经费不是问题学生补助：颇丰师生关系：杨老师是我大学期间最倚重的老师。教了我很多为人处世的道理。工作时间：自由，但是看个人学生前途：允许实习，师兄们选择深造的，前景都很好，选择工作的老师也会帮推荐
