学术水平：杨老师已过45，已评教授，学术方面上升空间较小。科研经费：经费中上，但从不卡学生所需的各项需求，该买的试剂、抗体肯定会买。师生关系：尊重学生，出去吃饭不管是全课题组还是叫两个学生去小餐馆都是杨老师掏钱学生前途：非常非常为学生考虑，科研、找工作、找对象方方面面都很上心！
