学术水平：前沿实验基本不懂，硕士毕业没问题，博士还是头大。科研经费：手头钱不少，不过真正给学生做实验的就不好说了。师生关系：看人。一贯性的尖酸刻薄，不过不怎么压学生毕业。学生前途：学界拉关系水平一流，关系好的学生能尽量安排。
