导师辨识特征：戴着眼镜，很和蔼的老师。教自动控制原理。学术水平：只跟老师做过srtp项目。28岁就能当上副院长，年轻有为。科研经费：足够师生关系：非常尊重学生，并且很负责。很多学术上的细节都会耐心地告诉你。并且讨论学术时感觉就像朋友间讨论一样。从他身上学到了很多东西。学生前途：好导师，受益匪浅
