导师辨识特征：杨老师为人师表，戴一副眼睛，为了学术有点秃顶，和蔼可亲，对学生负责任。学术水平：在华水的会计系，为学科带头人，也积极参与学校各项项目。科研经费：有科研项目，但是由于文科，学生没有科研补助。学生补助：0 师生关系：尊重，理解学生，对学生好。工作时间：没要求，只需要完成交代的任务，不打卡学生前途：允许实习，会帮学生找工作！
