导师辨识特征：个子不高，有点小胡子，看起来有点凶，但其实人不错，有点驼背，夏天喜欢穿拖鞋或者凉鞋学术水平：学术水平不高不喜欢搞论文，但工程能力确实很强，公司CTO你懂的科研经费：相比于其他大实验室，经费在800~1000的助研。学生补助：同上师生关系：实验室很多杂事，很累，关系一般工作时间：放养，长年不在实验室。但我们都很自觉，几乎每天都去。学生前途：允许实习，前提是你的事得做完，2~3月可以接受吧。找到好工作？看学生自己自学吧，刷leecode看面筋，没有这么容易滴
