导师辨识特征：80后，面相凶狠学术水平：学术水平菜的可以，瞎几把指导学生，发文章靠P图科研经费：在教研室里被其他老师孤立了，基本上接不到大项目，没什么钱学生补助：不让学生倒贴就谢天谢地了师生关系：很差，对学生态度极其差，经常随意辱骂学生工作时间：学生工作时间是每周七天，从上午九点到晚上十一点，他自己的工作时间是每周五天，上午十点到下午六点学生前途：实习就别想了，找工作都不让找，他认为学生的全部时间都应该用在他自己的事情上面
