导师辨识特征：叶老师是我们专业最年轻的老师非常阳光帅气温柔和善。学术水平：叶老师的学术水平高有海外经历参与项目广泛甚至包括军工项目。科研经费：经费充足学生补助：补助比较多师生关系：师生关系融洽无论是对待自己和学生和别的组的学生甚至打算转专业的学生都非常认真负责令我十分感动工作时间：工作时间正常学生前途：学生钱途不错
