自证认识导师：今年刚跟的于老师，非常好的一个老师，研一不怎么管你，让你合理安排时间，研一团队的博士会带你，老师从不压榨，很和蔼学术水平：好科研经费：科研经费还可以，虽然项目比较少师生关系：一作都给你，从不抢工作时间：时间自由学生前途：前途较好，手下博士基本都进985高校任教，硕士找的工作也比较好
