学术水平：还行，哺乳动物可以去，能发小文章。学术一般，很能吹嘘，很会搞关系。科研经费：充足师生关系：实验室压抑，很push，不怎么带学生，都靠学生自己。很偏心，偏心喜欢的1.2个学生。30多人的实验室只有他一个人带，完全处于无人管理的状态。学生好多延期毕业的。学生前途：老师只让你当苦力，不管你前途。学术没希望了。
