学术水平：方向根据自己喜好定科研经费：学生有实验欲望就支持，配电脑，当然毕业电脑留学校师生关系：对学生非常好，给困难的师兄付过学费，不逼迫做事，想工作的会推荐设计院实习，还写论文给学生二作学生前途：会提供实习的渠道，连续几届有学生去大连理工读博了
