导师辨识特征：胖胖的，憨憨的，学术水平：作为大老板，学术水平上的确不能帮太多忙，但是可以帮忙找到很好的导师带学生补助：和学生关系很好，很会维护学生的利益，对原则性问题很有分寸（比如学生作弊等等），对其他方面，也很宽容，作为该导师的学生，很荣幸。虽然有点散养，但是人真的很好。师生关系：一切以学生为主，不会为难学生。
