自证认识导师：感觉自己比较幸运，能选择张老师做导师，人非常好，能为学生考虑，而且非常学术，作为副院长很多事都亲力亲为。学术水平：国家科技进步二等奖科研经费：863,973均有，还承担好多其他国家项目学生补助：500-600/月师生关系：非常好，师生关系非常好，能为学生考虑很多工作时间：工作全凭自觉，课题组分为非常好，很学术，大约三周一次组会学生前途：自己合理安排时间
