导师辨识特征：个头不高，从不生气。学术水平：所有课题紧密结合临床手术，自己写文章，所关注的领域内都做到了国际同行认可（显微外科、胫骨平台、髋部骨折），4个国自然都是基于临床的课题。科研经费：用不完。学生补助：在临床按自家住院医师。师生关系：非常和谐，从未红脸，佛系。学生写的文章都是学生的。习惯性请学生聚餐吃饭。工作时间：临床正常上下班，脱产期间从不push。
