自证认识导师：这老师为人特别的势力，自己的学生三年没正眼看过甚至都不看。学术水平：学术上很认真，但不太认真指导学生科研经费：横向课题很多，压榨学生补助：200 师生关系：能帮干活的就态度好点，还得看背景之类的，很势利工作时间：很能吃苦的一位老师，起的比鸡早，睡的比狗晚学生前途：出路都是自己找的，老师也是能帮的有限
