自证认识导师：北京航空航天大学图书馆西配楼403室学术水平：学术水平一般科研经费：会自己接项目，也会跟大牛一起接项目，经费充足学生补助：研一300-400，研二700-800，研三800 师生关系：很尊重学生，不会安排学生做额外的杂活，如果做了繁重的任务，那也会发放额外补助，脾气很好，很喜欢跟学生交流工作时间：不加班，每周正常双休，偶尔有任务，自己加个小班也不为过学生前途：大部分直接就业，去企业或研究所，搞学术的很少
