学术水平：方向偏工程，对有的学生要求很低，对有的学生要求很高 科研经费：主要有国防经费 学生补助：延期的话就要自己出学费和生活费 师生关系：经常骂学生，学生都怕他，和张明明一样 工作时间：不管职工学生都加班 学生前途：延期很多，没有一个学生继续从事科研工作
