自证认识导师：教本科理论力学和振动学术水平：作为一枚年轻老师，想法很多很有趣，日常和学生一起讨论研究，十分善于引导学生科研经费：有项目经费，足够支持日常实验学生补助：对学生很大方师生关系：对学生鼓励为主，亦师亦友，总是笑呵呵，人非常奈斯工作时间：没啥硬性要求学生前途：鼓励搞学术，尊重学生个人选择，多体动力学口去航天一院五院比较多
