导师辨识特征：膜分离方向的学术水平：一般般吧科研经费：跟学生一点关系没有。学生补助：基本上没有。师生关系：差，脾气差。工作时间：偶尔会查岗。学生前途：膜分离不怎么样，博士论文都没有像样的。
