导师辨识特征：女导师，黑长直，老师人很有气质，英国留学回来的学术水平：学术水平还行，目前学院副教授科研经费：经费项目是够的，对学生也不抠，虽然没说到天天给你发钱的程度，但是该给的钱不会少的学生补助：该给的钱都会给，不抠师生关系：对学生很好，愿意跟学生平等交流，更多的是促进你思考，而不是安排你去干什么工作时间：工作时间没有那么严格，平时请假也比较好请学生前途：原则上不允许实习，但是可以偷偷出去实习
