自证认识导师：卫岗校区教学楼六楼学术水平：不怎么样，点子多，落实少，科研经费：大项目就一个国家社科基金，拖了很久都不结项学生补助：打发要饭的似的，表现好的话一年两三百师生关系：学生没地位，发文章超级慢工作时间：每天都得在学校待着，因为随时都可能被找，不在就留下不好的印象了，然后。。。学生前途：学生自己找，别寄希望于导师
