学术水平：学术水平很高，领域内专家水平科研经费：项目很多，经费不缺。学生补助：如果干活，一月1000+ 师生关系：比较严厉，要求很高，容不得学生犯一点错误。工作时间：早八晚不封顶学生前途：能学到真东西，有效提升代码水平，师兄师姐们工作都不错。
