自证认识导师：化学院有为的中青年骨干学术水平：国外待了10年，化学生物学基础深厚科研经费：不差钱学生补助：和其他青千一样师生关系：对学生很好，很多时候亲自带实验。定期组内学习，科研管理及其规范，不允许学生有不规范的时候。工作时间：工作时间正常，学化学都这样学生前途：实验室科研氛围浓厚，想从事科研的可以去。我恩师，老干我，但是心存感激，科研领路人
