学术水平：周老师是南大数学博士，在模型检测这块研究相当深入师生关系：周老师为人比较和蔼，学生管理较为人性化，当然，对学生的要求也是极高的，会为学生考虑学生前途：只要完成了老师的学术任务，保证能够按时毕业，周老师就不会强迫学生为他做其他项目了。而且，周老师自己也在创业，给学生提供了足够多的实习岗位，为以后工作提供了更好的锻炼。
