导师辨识特征：周老师个头不高，说话语速很快。学术水平：讲得很好，做起来感觉很难。具体还是靠自己。科研经费：经费应该还挺多的。学生补助：补助算比较多的。工作时间：基本上天天都在学校吧学生前途：事情比较多，没有时间实习
