导师辨识特征：鸡窝头，不注意穿搭，白瞎了一张脸学术水平：还行吧，比较会写东西科研经费：学生买耗材药品都挺自由的学生补助：校内中等水平师生关系：讨论学术的时候很严肃，会吃学生薯片工作时间：不打卡，靠自觉学生前途：不支持不反对，达到毕业要求就放人，想读博的会给一些帮助
